I am an ICICI bank account holder. My account number is - 094001501797. I have been Issued a new platinum debit card few months back and I am very sorry to say that the quality of the card issued to me is very low. All the numbers on the debit card washed out like anything now and I can't do any online transaction as the numbers are not visible. I have to pay extra amount to get a new card. My question is why do I have to pay for the same unless and until i have done something to the card. This is purely the low quality of the card....
Please find a solution for my problem as soon as possible.
