Complaint Details
I had given my parcel to BLAZE FLASH COURIERS LIMITED on 22 october,tuesday for shipment from FARIDABAD to MANIPAL and the expected delivery date was 25 october,friday.
The tracking of the order revealed that the courier had been lying in the bangalore office since 23 october and further shipment has not taken place.
the person from FARIDABAD office has been repeatedly claiming that the parcel will reach in a few days and sometimes a little delay occurs.We had waited for 10 days but the courier has not yet reached.
I had parceled a dress and a box full of chocolates and eatables especially for my sister's birthday but all the emotions and feelings of ours had been ruined.
We had come to know fro many others around us that this company never delivers the parcel.
It is neither delivering the parcel nor bringing it back.
I strongly demand the company to be sued and be given fair compensation.
