karbonn mobile octane plus imei# 911352900473771 was given to service centre unique infosystems & telecom on 28-Apr-15 under job sheet number KJASPMH464415K8428 for phone hanging problem, but till today i.e 14-jul-15 they have not returned my mobile phone. I want to raise a complaint for this. mobile phone is not been repaired and returned since 2 and half months, My warranty period is being utilized, plus i dont have any phone to use. there is no proper response from the service centre.
