Complaint Details
I had purchased DATAWIND - UBSLATE 7C - which I had sent for repairs on 10th June 2013. I had been asked to send a cheque of Rs.1500/- to Amritsar, which I had sen t on 10.09.2013 Trackon Courier Docket No. 349852882 dated 10.09.2013-Chq. no. 737246 HDFC Bank Ltd. Kankarbagh, Patna Branch. The cheque was cleared from my account on 30-09-13. Inspite of several mails and calls the co. does not simply return my repaired "UBSLATE". There were few replies from "Mr. Gotish Sharma - Technical Support", but all in vein. Keep calling the Customer Care and after taking the full details there is reply back. Kindly help.
