Complaint Details
ComplianceOnline has a very poor and negative working environment. It does not believe in giving any freedom to its employees. Its parent company, MetricStream believes in leading its employees by the whip. Employees don’t have breathing space, with micromanagers breathing down employees’ (esp. junior) all the time. We guys had to take every Tom, Dick and Harry’s permission to go for a coffee, on top of which everyone stares at you as if you have burgled their office. Very stifling work atmosphere.
