Sir while I was buying SONY CAR AUDIO CDX-G1150U from the paytm website on 14th july 2015 it was showing a promocode AOUTOBIG50 if applied 50% cash back as paytm wallet I had applied the promocode it shown me that it was applied successfully amount 2367 will be added as cashback after 24 hour of the shipment of the product But till date they have not added it and when i sent a mail regarding this they are seying that you have not applied the promocode. Even their customer care is not responding me. Please help me they are harrasing me.
