I booked a flight ticket costing Rs. 1492/- but I want to cancel the ticket because of an emergency. When I requested for a refund, your rep says the cancellation charge is Rs. 2000/- which goes more than the amount I paid. This means I won't even get a single rupee if I have to cancel my ticket. Via.com, do you think this is fair? Do you really think one shouldn't get any refund if the ticket cost is less? I was shocked when your rep said that. This was the very first I chose Via.com for booking but this ended up a tragedy. I WASTED RS. 1490 FOR NOTHING. I COULD HAVE DONE SOME CHARITY.
