I am writing this with respect to the poor quality of work delivered by ALLIANCE ORHCID SPRINGS PROJECTS,KORATTUR,CHENNAI at my Unit Hibiscus 605. Please see attached pictures and there is water seepage in pretty much the entire unit. This is a brand new flat delivered last year in Oct 2014. The builder has not taken any effort beyond inspection to address this issue inspite of several escalations but still claims to be one of the BEST AWARD WINNER misleading prospective buyers. Secondly, the builder was supposed to provide pipeline gas connection as part of the amenities for which the charges has been collected at the time of handover but it has not been provided till date. Kindly assist me in addressing the same.
