I bought a Nokia mobile , model no-1020,IEMI no-357254057772289 through Flipcart on-09.10.2014.It had a warranty period of 1 year. But on 24.03.2015 it becomes suddenly dead and the same was repaired by nokia care(Parna mobile, Haldia) and handed over to me on 26.03.2015 but again the same problem happens on next day. The same was again given to that center for repairing on 28.03.2015. They returned me on 02.04.2015.Again this problem appears on 18.07.2015.IT is dead still then. This is happening repeatedly just within a year. Why should i not get the new set instead of this defective set? They are harassing not properly repairing the set,even they insisted to complain in your forum.
