I ordered a T-Shirt and a Mug from Ulta Anda(ultaanda.com) on the 8th of July.

I have already paid the money via Debit Card.
The company policy clearly states that the consignment should reach the customer within 7-8 business days, but the consignment still hasn't reached me even after a total of 13 days since the order was placed.
The worst part is that when you call up their customer service, they fabricate lies about the delivery date, making ludicrous excuses about the delay. I've called them at-least 3 times and each time they came up with a new excuse (for instance, the first time I called, the excuse was that T-Shirt wasn't available in Large size. The second time they said that the mugs were of inferior quality and they didn't want to send me those.) Every time I've called them, I asked them for a tracking ID, but they diverted the conversation to another topic and hung up.
I request immediate help to help me get my money back from this deceptive company.
