I had booked two non-Ac sleeper tickets from Bhilwara (RAJASTHAN) to delhi on 3rd May 2015 thorugh Makemy Trip. However, there was a difference in the cost of Ticket. On website it displayed it as Rs.1400(2 sleeper) whereas when I confimred the same from the Operator (Shri Rishabh Travels) I got to know that the price was Rs.800 (2 sleeper).
1. Now MakeMy Trip needs to confirm why was price charged double the original cost?
2. These guys make customer call them again. Such a disguting Service they have.
3. I having been following them from last 60 days as I had raised the issue on 8th May 2015.
