Complaint Details
I had purchased hot plate from shop cj brand Sheffield and now it is not working Sheffield technical person also visited but still is not working. Now I wish to return the product but neither Sheffield nor shop cj are responding positively to my issue shopcj is very rude and flatly refusing to refund our product saying that they had 2 days return policy but since 2 day itself we were following for faulty product and nobody responded positivity every time I had to waste half an over for getting them on line and explaining the problem to shopcj but they are adamant to take back the product
Pls help me in this matter I want to take strict action and want to punish them for taking the customer on a ride if possible tell me how to ask internet server to ban such ecommerce site
