I purchased an IFB washing machine on 03-10-2012 (Model No : ADMIRAL 7012W; 7 Kg; Serial No : 000416110915002230) with reference to your exchange offer from IFB website.
Later on 18-06-2014, an Aqua Filter was installed by your service centre M/s Home Tech Services, Perumbavoor as they instructed that it will clean the water and protect the machine.
Four weeks before, I registered a complaint about the machine regarding the trouble during the rinse cycle and the door.
The complaint was attended by the agent after 4 days and was not able to rectify it. We have been regularly registering the complaint and there is no follow up from the service centre.
Later mailed the customer care and also I called up the person who is in charge of the service (Mr. Ramachandran – 9349107213; this detail was given by the customer care) in this region but the response from him was not appreciable. Both the toll free number or the service agents are neglecting my complaint.
The last complaint was registered on 15 July 2015 and still none of the companies personnel had shown up. The condition of the machine is worse at the moment and not usable. I regret to say that IFB after sales service is very poor, pathetic and not at all reliable.
So I request you to replace the machine with a new one.
