Complaint Details
It is brought to your notice that Dominos Pizza outlets(owned in India by Jubilant Food Works, HO-Gurgaon) in Delhi are charging Rs. 50.00 for a PET bottle of 500 ml of Coca Cola where as same PET bottle is sold at Rs 35 in any normal shop in Delhi. The Coca-Cola sold through Dominos Pizza is specially priced at Rs 50 per bottle reasons for which are unknown and wholly unfair to a consumer. Hon'ble Supreme Court has ruled that products should be sold at MRP. How can same products have two MRPs. Please investigate and take suitable action on Coca Cola & Jubilant Food Works.
