I bought my phone on 25 may 2015 from flipkart. On 26th June my got switched off and I was not able to switch on. I reported this issue in my nearest ASUS service center (
Regenersis India Limited
Regenersis (India) Private Limited,#4,Ceebros Centre,No45,Montieth Road, 3rd Floor,Egmore,Chennai). I was informed by the service executive that my mobile's mother board is damaged and it would be replaced.
I faced the same problem yet again on 6th of July after the servicing. I requested the ASUS service center to replace the mobile as the same problem is repeating for which I got a response that it would be replaced if the continues and I was asked to take the same phone after repairing it. Now I am facing the same problem again and there is no proper action taken by the service executives in replacing the defective mobile phone. I want justice to be done in my case by replacing my defective mobile phone.
