Complaint Details
The earphone of my mobile, Lenovo A 7000 was not working because salt water had gone into the earphone port. I gave it to lenovo service center. They told me that the mother board will have to be replaced and it would cost 5000/-. To save money I took it from lenovo service center and gave my mobile to this local vendor (Elia Mobile Shoppe).

I gave it on 22nd June. All the parts of the mobile was working except the earphone port (the owner personally checked the mobile before accepting the mobile from me). The shopkeeper promised to deliver the same within 2 hours. It took loads of arguing and 5 days for the shopkeeper to give my mobile back to me. Not only that he couldn't repair the earphone issue, he spoiled the touch function of my mobile. When I asked him about the same he told me that 3 hours of charging was necessary for the touch to work properly. After going home I charged it for 3 hours only to realise that I was being baffeled by him.

When I took the mobile back to the shopkeeper he told me that the touchpad strip was destroyed by lenovo service center and to please take it to them. When I took it to the lenovo service center they assured me that nothing was done on the touch pad strip. Had the lenovo people damaged the touch pad then I would have told the shopkeeper that alone with the earphone repair the touchpad too. I didnt even feel a slightest of the slightest issue with the touch after receiving it from lenovo service center. Moreover even after brining it from the lenovo service center the mobile was working perfectly except for the earphone port.

It was evident that the mobile's touchpad was damaged during the repair of Elia Mobile Shoppe workers. When I asked for the money he threatned me. I somehow took that mobile and gotaway from there. The lenovo service center is asking for 5000/- to repair it. I need 5000/- for the same plus my 1150/- which I had paid to Elia Mobile Shoppe for repairing.
