Complaint Details
I have used hundreds of litres of Dulux weathershield max on the exterior walls of my 12500 sq.ft. multi-storey house situated at Noida (U.P.) because I heard about their crack-proof technology but all in vain. All walls painted with Dulux weather-shield max about a month back are filled with distinct cracks and exterior is looking very bad. I am highly dissatisfied with Dulux weather-shield max, I requested Dulux Team to kindly send a technician for the site visit at the earliest and advise on how to win over the exterior cracks but despite multiple reminders and follow-ups they fail to send any technician for site visit, nor they are replying back to my e-mails.
