Hi, I had purchased the HTC 816 G on 13.11.2014 the sim card slot started giving problem within 3-4 months. I have given the phone for repair at Kamla Nagar center as it is in warranty period but they are delaying the process as they are saying the part to be repaired has not arrived I have traveled to them 3-4 times but they are making useless excuses. I would request you to please look into the same and get it resolved at the earliest. In case the phone has manufacturing defect I would request you to please get my phone changed.
