i purchased epson printer from staples at inorbit mall vashi , from the time i purchased its started giving problem i compalined to epson and after a lot of cribbing i got a replacement as there was a major manufacturing defect , the replacement they gave also started to have the same problem and after i complained about the same o was told since its out of warranty they will not give a replacement or repair the same inspite of it having a manufacturing problem .
