Dear Sir,
I have Brought New Samsung Galaxy A7 Duos on 19/05/2015.This Handset has two sim slots.Slot1 & Slot 2.The problem I am facing with this mobile is
Slot 2 SIM is not getting recognised at all.As I was using only one Sim I inserted that in Sim slot 1 & it got recognised & it's working fine.But later after few days when I checked with another sim slot it's not recognising.Sim slot 2 is designed in such a way that slot 2 works as memory card holder or sim card but when I put memory card into sim slot 2 it's working fine but sim is not recognised.I have not made a single call from sim slot 2 because when I inserted sim,it not at all recognised.It can be verified.
There is a manufacturer defect in Sim slot 2 & a design issue of product which is not reliable.
Regarding this I have complained to samsung customers care & visited samsung service center
But there is no proper response for the resolution of the issue.
