Dear Sir,

I have purchased a Nike Free Run 5.0 Shoes from ebay. When i received i was shocked to see the product as it was not a genuine product of Nike.

So i contacted ebay for return request. They give me two days time to return the order. But as i was outside i requested them to give me some more time. The customer service cell told me that i can ship the product in 12 days on 14th June. So i shipped the product on 17th June and it was delivered to the seller on 19th June.

I tried to call ebay many times for this but i got only one reply that my case is escalated and i have to wait. I am waiting from last one and half months but i have not received the money yet.

I have contacted ebay more than 100 times. Most of the time customer care cell cut the call in the middle and most of the time they told me that i will get a call from ebay in 48 working hours but i had not received any call from ebay.
