on 8th July I have recharged my prepaid 3 G dongle 9004529443 through mobkwik and and when I have received an email from them that the transaction has failed, I have recharged through airtel site again I was informed that the transaction failed. I was fradulently led by the company three times to re-charge and now they are claiming that all these re-charges were successful The matter was taken up at various levels and on 24 th July the appellate authority informed that the amount cannot be refunded. How can a company not refund the money when they have received the same by sending fradulent /false emails. I provided e mails received from the company also to them
