Complaint Details
I would request you to the local R.C.F Police Station Chembur,Mumbai is not filling F.I.R against the Mr.Madanlal Gupta Owner of M/s. Basant Vikas Developer.
Has the government of Maharashtra given special permission to misuses its power by taking laws in its own hands against any one and even using its powers and rejecting the Honorable High Court Receiver Bombay.
He has disobey the Honorable High Court Order & Court receiver as per the instruction the Bombay High Court he has objected the Honorable Court order for which I am strong putting my protest .
Its surprising and shocking that the Police department is not taking any action against the builder and not taken carry of and protection of the common man.
Where will the common man of India go to save its skin will Mumbai police address to issue of the common man it clears shows that not taken any action against the builder till today after several letters of all the dept of Maharashtra govt and police dept are keeping silent in order to support the builder in Mumbai we common man we keep pillar to post for justice but govt depts. are sleeping our request I once again appeal to the dept to take necessary on the guilty on the people who broken law we us common man can request with folding hands I hope that my appeal for taken action will be heard this time.
I am strong putting my protest & he has been trying to blocked my right of way in the premises situated in P-21, Vikas Corporation Compound, ( Vikas Centre) Dr. C .G Road,Chembur,Mumbai-400074.
I request the Government of Maharashtra dept / Police dept/ Home dept/ law department to investigate this matter and please allow to lodge a F.I.R at the earliest.
I am attaching the Statement copy attaches to this letter.
I request you to suggest & give direction to the local police station to take necessary action in this matter
