Complaint Details
I, Gudup Vishwas M., residing at 31/1, LIG Colony, Sector 25, Nigdi, Pune 411044 purchased Samsung Air Conditioner Split Type, Digital Inverter, 1.5 Ton, Model : AR18HV5NFWKXNA Sr No. 0BK1PDOF303229R from M/S Radhika Sales Corporation Arya Samaj Bhavan, Pimpri, Pune 411017 vide their Invoice No. DT/038827 Dated 07/05/2014 for INR 45000/-.
Complaint : The Air Conditioner was non functional (cooling stopped), during warranty, in 1st week of Mar 2015. Complaint lodged, number of times, with M/s Radhika Sales as well as Samsung Customer Care on 18002668282, with Samsung’s Customer Ref No.8446764717. Samsung’s Service Engineer (S/E) replaced PCB of the Indoor unit of the Air Conditioner on 23rd March 2015 but the efforts were in vein. S/E replaced the PCB of the outdoor unit of the Air Conditioner. Even after replacing two PCB’s S/E could not bring the Air Conditioner in working order. Again S/E replaced defective Compressor on 23rd April 2015. Even after replacing such vital parts, two PCB’s and Compressor, Samsung could not bring the Air Conditioner in working condition. Samsung killed the time of four months from the break-down of the Air Conditioner and still now saying - get the unit repaired as it is Out of Warranty Period. I am requesting Samsung and the dealer for the Replacement of the Air Conditioner or Refund Invoice value INR 45000/-.
Lastly, I wish to inform the fact that my son is cancer patient and is undergoing treatment since March 2015. The fact was informed to the Merciless Dealer M/S Radhika Sales as well as M/S Samsung India Elecronics Pvt. Ltd. – Area Sales Manager Mr. Vijay Bonagiri and Md Sana Ansari of Escalation Team.
