I have applied for HDFC Click to plus policy as attached through Mr Abhishek Srivastava details as below:-

He was helping me to finalize the policy. As I filled form online through Mr Abhishek's id and he told me that it will be issued soon and I handed over all the required papers and also signed application form. After repeated request he sent me medical checkup letter and I did my medical as well.
After this I went overseas and keep in touch with Mr. Abhishek, and every time he assured me that he is looking after and let me know the progress. But subsequently policy was not issued.

After 3-4 months of chasing, suddenly on 25/06/2015, I got Rs. 14477/- return in credit card account. When I tried contacting Mr Abhishek, he didn't attended my call after repeated efforts. I have all the communications and email as record with me.

This has been done without any reason quoted and without informing me.
