I had placed an order via www.snapdeal.com on Thu, 16 Jul, 2015 order id is:7312284483
snapdeal shipped it via gojavas courier company on 18/07/2015
but till now it has been 9 days but i have not received my order yet.
The company says "Out For Delivery" on 21/07/2015 ,23/07/2015,24/07/2015 ,25/07/2015 and also on 26/07/2015.
Now it says "Attempted but not Delivered - Reason:- Shipment received at incorrect branch"
the order is very urgent for me and the gojavas service has turned into a nightmare for me.
Please help me
