Purchased Videocon 32" LED TV which was installed on 7/7/2015 with faulty Table mount stand and poor picture quality. Lodged complaint on 8/7/2015. But till date company has not replaced the TV. Why is the company taking so much time to replace the TV as I am supposed to get a new TV as i have paid for a brand new TV
