Complaint Details
I have submitted my headphone for replacement at gionee service center, by their mistaken they have replaced it with some other model which is not compatible with my mobile and now they are denying to change the same which is of no use for me, by mentioning that your warranty is over find attached herewith my invoice and replacement chalan, their service provider who has done such silly mistake has also accepted that they have made mistake but as per company's norms they can not change it.
