DEFECTIVE PRODUCT DELIVERED NO ACTION TAKEN FOR ONE MONTH FOR SOLVING THE ISSUE
Dear sir Madam
On 26th june 2015 i have ordered for samsung led tv Samsung 32J4100 32 Inches HD Ready Slim LED Television and made full payment through credit card and i received the product on 14 07 2015 when i received the product i found that the product has manufacturing defect Audio problem as per the shopclues terms and conditions it is stated that if there any manufacturing defect with the product you can return the product with 10 days after from the date of delivery the very next day i sent mail to shopclues support team regarding my issue as per their requiremt i send all the details for replacement after that they said that your issue will be solved within 48 working hours but as on date today27 07 2015 it has been one month over i have facing serious issue regarding this iam very much frustrated pls solve this problem
