I am currently using Tikona broadband internet, mainly based in Noida.I started using this service from March 2015. But from the first week it started troubling me, I never got promised speed and connection. It got disconnected several times in a day.I registered complaints about this issue several times. Every time I only got fake promises.At the time of installation I noticed the connection issue but their installation engineer told me that the problem will be fixed within few hours.I have raised this issue several times but the problem is still not fixed.
