Complaint Details
i purchased ceiling fan (crompton Greaves) from canara electricals,#9,NBR orchid,white field road,near S.K.R conventioned Hall,Thubrahalli,bangalore-560066,karnataka.

Details of fan:

1200 mm crompton greaves high speed decora ceiling fan (aqua gold)
receipt no: 9602. dtd 11.06.2015.
After installing fan wobbling happened.heavy virations happened body of the fan.

Then immediately i called customer care number and lodged complaint.they given text message to my moble like this"your complaint no:1506052445 will be attended by Sri NANDI ELECTRICAL SERVICES- 23227098 dtd 15.06.2015.

Again one more complaint raised on 16.06.2015.then text message came like this"Please ignore the previous SMS.your complaint no:1506052445 will be attended by Sri NANDI ELECTRICAL SERVICES- 23227098 dtd 16.06.2015.

repeadly i called nandi electrical services.then one representive vinod came after 4 days and inspect the fan and told to me like this" this is manufacturing fault.small dent inside the motor body.that is why wobble vibration happening in your fan.we will replace the motor body excluding blades within 15 days(maximum).i told full body including blades you replace.but rep was not accepted.we will replace only motor body.
After that i am calling that rep.he is telling today or tomorrow i will come.but one month over no body taking care this issue.
Again i raised complained in your website.No response.

i never expect like that service anywhere in india.this very worst service.
experts telling wobbling due to blade imbalance.so i told to replace full fan including fan.
please resolve sir.
