First of all, i am very dissatisfied with the product Microsoft Lumia 640XL 3G.Bought on 7th july 2015.the ear-mic is not working properly. the problem started on12th of july2015, 5 days after the date of purchase.The question is why is Microsoft manufacturing handsets with such defects that goes down within a week of purchase ????Other details :
