Mobile handset Micromax Canvas Juice Model A177 became defective during warranty period. On 20th May I gave mobile to Micromax authorised service center M/s S.K. Technology, Ambernath. I was told that mobile would be repaired in 15-20 days. Job sheet no. W030506-0515-16745465 dated 20th May 15. Till today i.e even after 67 days mobile not repaired & not returned. I expedited the service center many times but they say wait for our message and do not call us. I have undergone mental agony due to unimaginable delay in repair of mobile under warranty period.
