Dear Representative,

The complaint is for non refund of security deposit amount against Broadband service provider – YOU BROADBAND , GURGAON.

I paid rs. 1000 for security deposit at the time of Internet installation , now it has been 70 days since the time i have discontinued the connection and the company is still to refund the Security deposit.

I had already completed all the formalities of submitting the equipment on 20-May-2015.
Now i have been enquiring the company from last 45 days through writing emails and contacting customer care and i am yet to get a response.

Kindly suggest me what action can be taken to get the pending amount back.

I have tried to reach the Broadband service provider using all channels and their grievance readdress system without any success.
