Myself Dr.Shamim ahmed farooqui opened my Dental centre at my business address for my clinic i purchased 2T Llyod air conditioner from Shri Adinath furniture & electronicsafter paying complete amount they promised for installation and untill start they will do everything.After taking payment i came to know they having highly unexperienced and unprofessional team for installation they took 3 weeks to visit the place then they start to find out the duct when my family involved and showed the duct place they came to know ac not having gas and not giving cooling and it was a complete failure one of mechenic told the inner part they provided is old unit.we complain to change or replace our ac they simply told we cant nothing on contacting Llyod cutomer care they told we did not sell to you you purchased from Shri Adinath furniture & electronics ther you contact .this is the nut shell plz help me in this issue either refund or replacing new unit.
