Complaint Details
I am paying Tata Docomo for 3G internet with Wifi dongle(device cost Rs2000, data plan Rs999/month). After first 4-5 months of good service,the speed reduced to 2G speed permanently. The company executives are telling me that low speed is because my location is a high-congestion area. But they fail to explain:(a)how other Photon devices are working fine in my area,(b)why, even at other low congestion areas, my device is giving low speed, (c) how I was getting high speed the 1st 4-5 months.
So, I have come to the conclusion that Tata Docomo is cheating me as I am not getting the service I am paying for.
