Booked a cab on 02/11/2013, for four hours, where 4 adults and 3 kids all are below 5 years were boarded the cab. At the end of the journey we pais Rs 500/- to driver as fare. But he demanded another 100/- since there 3 kids on the board. We i declined to pay he started abusing. Even the executive at above said no also said you need to pay. I checked their terms & conditions no where they mentioned for kids below 5 years also need to pay. Upon that they are telling its reasonable billing. Even the driver refused give a bill.
