Hi. My name is Saurav Kumar. I had a flight booking from Lucknow to Ahemdabad for 28th of July 2015 with flight number 9W-688. My PNR is MVHHAB . I had to deboard the flight at Indore airport because they didn't go to destination due to poor weather but they didn't provide proper resolution also . As I had train from Ahemdabad after I land there ,so I missed that train and also my business client went back as I was not there on time. Jet airways offered me lame solution that they will take me to Mumbai and then at 2:00 am midnight they will drop me to Ahemdabad which is useless for me as at that time I can't do anything. Can't go anywhere . don't know anyone . I asked for half refund .I had word with customer care and team leader on floor. They promised me a call back which was also not done. I m highly unsatisfied with jet airways. It's very bad for such a big airlines.
I am very disappointed with this and will not take services in future for sure.
