Respected Sir/Madam, My Internet Broadband Connection Service provider - Tikona Digital Networks My internet connection was not working from 8 July till 17th of July, 2015 due to technical fault from Tikona. I raised for a waiver request on my bill saying that I can''t make the payment of bill during the time when the internet connection was not working. I must have got a waiver of around Rs.400 for 10 days instead they gave me a waiver only for 2 days which is Rs.53. I reapplied for the waiver but they rejected that too. The request number for the waiver request is: 1-3579633722 which was provided by Tikona Customer support. This is the 2nd time the same thing is happening to me. A similar situation happened to me month ago. Also they don''t provide proper internet connection as it gets disconnected often due to technical issues and it is taking more than 10 days every time for getting it resolved. Please help me get a fair waiver on my bill and take necessary action on Tikona Digital Networks.
