Complaint Details
I had ordered american tourister bag on 16 july .My order no is 25859125.I haven't received my order .Infibeam is fraud company.everytime i call them ,they tell me the same thing.Now they say the bag is large .So it is taking time.It was a normal bag.These people are making us fools.Today is 31 july.When i asked to refund my money,they told me that it will take 1 month.Kindly take strict action.
