Complaint Details
Myself and wife P K KAVITHA entered an agreement with company M/s ALLIANCE HOUSING CHENNAI for purchasing of plot no;276(area 1800 sq.ft) at Alliance Villa Belvedere,Oragadam ,on 2nd May 2014 and given booking amount of Rs 50000/-(vide reciept no:AHC/196 dated 11 Apr-2014) and agreement amount of Rs269820/-(vide reciept no:AHC/304 27-MAY-2014).But your company failed to register the above plot to me after getting the lay out approval within 150 days from the date of execution of the agreement with grace period of 45 days as per terms and conditions of agreement even though 390 days completed.And also send email and registered letters to you and also contacted several time Ms Anitha madam through phone.No favorable response not yet received.So kindly arrange to return back the full amount payed by me (advance amount plus agreement amount) and cancel the agreement within one week since I am not interested in your plot otherwise I may be forced to file a case in Consumer court, Chennai.
