Hello,
Its been over 20 days now and its really unfortunate and shameful to see that refund of the failed transaction is still not credited back to my account. Please find for the details of the failed transaction below while i was booking on JetAirways.com.

1). PNR - ROWPGL - Amount Deducted - Rs. 2349

Request you to kindly return my hard earned money asap. I hadn't checked my account for the refund trusting that the amount might have got refunded, but its really unfortunate to see that i haven;t received the money back to my account for the failed transactions.
