This mail is in reference for a bag which I have purchased from one of the Baggit Retailers (M/s Chaos - Linking Road - Bandra (W) - 022 -65250823) for which I need the replacement,

I have purchased Bag (Martin Farina Mustard) (01 Pc.) dated 26/10/2013 @ INR 2100.00

I am a working professional carrying laptop (Sling Bag) to my office everyday and the bag which i purchased from them is also sling bag, thus I am getting total load while carrying both the bags on same shoulder, and thus I am requesting you for the replacement,

While purchasing this bag I didn't noted/observed this issue and now because of this I am having problem with this new bag from Baggit,

I have requested them all to please look in this matter & kindly exchange this bag with any another bag from Baggit only, but all things in vain,

Since seven days i am writing to them but they are not ready to exchange as according to them i have used that bag,
