I purchased a jaquar toilet commode before 1 year and was promised a free service and lifetime replacement for spares.have a seat clip broken so toilet is not in using condition.regestired complaint on 27 may 2015 still the problem is not resolved.every time I register complaint with company they take complaint and within 2 days they automatically send a msg that problem is resolved .but nobody came to repair.till today.they are cheating the customer.
