This is in regards to my Samsung Air Conditioner model no AR18HC3UXNBNNA, bearing serial # 030YPPDF300526W.
I had purchased the same in April 2014 in Padubidri Udupi Dist, Karnataka for my house in Padubidri. This air conditioner was not cooling from day one. I have made several complaints, but the Service centre said the problem was in the installation. After writing to the CEO of Samsung and after several followups, a joint inspection was conducted between the dealer and the Service centre, and it was found out that there was no problem in the installation. The air conditioner was then transported to the Udupi Service Centre where it was found that the problem lies in the Evaporator coil. Wheras the Centre kept on fooling me that the problem was in the installation, now they want me to pay for the rectification of the evaporator coil stating that it is out of warranty. I have not been able to utilize this aircon right from day one, because of the defective evaporator coil, which should be rectified and I need to be compensated because I have not been able to use the air conditioner for over a year now.
