Complaint Details
The display of our TV MOdel No 40Ex400 had gone one month back. We had complained it to our city Sony Authorised Centre Abhivrudhi Tech 7th block Jayanagar Bangalore , but the technician has replaced a defective display unit because of this we are not getting good clarity of picture our eyes get strained due to this. We contacted the service center, but they say that they have ordered a new one . Two weeks have gone they say that it takes time to get a new one . Kindly consider this complaint as urgent and make necessary arrangements to send a new proper display unit to ABIVRUDHI TECH Jayanagar Bangalore service center as soon as possible .I hope that you will comply with my request and do the needful as early as possible.
