this is with reference to the mail I here by clarify certain things
1. your customer care executive called on mobile on 14-10-13 evening and enquirer about the refund and I already informed him that i am out town for 10 days will available only on 24-10-13.
Now you are creating that I am not responding to your calls and is it fare answer

2. I have mentioned in my email that you have not replaced the product blue melamine in the 2nd time and not the payment

3.If you doesn't have that product then you can return the amount 15 days back but you promised me to replace with blue melamine ware but not done as you promised From that I understood how reputed seller you are

You are again getting time to refund of amount and try to be perfect from your side
Arrange to settle the amount with interest or else we meet with the concerned authorities
and don't try to give metal torture
