I tried to do Dishtv online Recharge on 31st July for an amount of 2880 through my ICICI bank credit card. The transaction was failed and recharge was not done, but the amount 2880/- was debited immediately from the ICICI bak credit card. I called the bank and they informed that the merchant i.e. dishtv has received the money with the transaction no 820366. But when I called Dishtv they are denying of receiving of money from ICICI bank. Customer care people told me to wait for 24 hours, I waited but money has not been revert back. Whose fault is this? Than where the money has gone? Why such discrepancy?
