Complaint Details
I tried to do recharge for my dishtv v.c. no 01507964544 for an amount of 2880/- through ICICI bank credit card on 31st July. Recharge failed but the money deducted. Merchant denying the received of money and icici bank claimed that that merchant received the money with transaction no 820360.
