On the 1st of August 2015 which is the first day of their booking season for the month of November 2015 at 9.30am(the time they start taking bookings) i try calling their customer care centre no. and simultaneously try booking it on their website. But i cant get through the member login section on the website not the cc no as its also busy. At 9.50am finally i get through the cc no. But all the executives are busy and hence they keep me on wait for another 15mins. By now i can login through the website too. So finally at 10.05am there is someone at the other end taking my call and i give my dates 16th nov to 25th nov for their property in dubai which has 30rooms. But she says these dates are unavailable as its full and so does the website. So after an argument with her as regards where my fault lies after adhering to your rule book and n asking her where i went wrong in all this she dosent have an answer to it. She just says nothing can be done as the rooms are already booked so i ask her to let me speak to her snr. She says hes busy and will arrange for a call back asap. I get a call on 3rd of august and after arguing with him again i ask if i can speak to his snr. This continued and i have already spoken to 4 snr level officials to which they just dont have an answer. They suggest me to make the booking on wait list to which i deny.
So all i want to know is where did i go wrong in this entire process. I cant get thru your cc no. Or website is that my problem? How did all the 30 rooms get full in the first few minutes? Who could reach ur cc no. or book online if i couldnt get through the numbers or the website? Where am i wrong???
